We Design Your Session Every workshop is tailored to the group it serves. Once we agree on the topic and format, our team prepares the session materials, facilitation guide, and any pre-session resources your participants may need.
We Facilitate the Session Your workshop is delivered by a trained Nesher Rise facilitator, in person at your location or live online. Sessions run for half a day or a full day depending on the scope agreed.
After every workshop, participants receive a summary resource document covering the key frameworks and tools covered in the session. For organizations that want to go deeper, we offer a structured pathway from workshop into Resilience Labs or L&D Advisory, at their own pace and on their terms.

The content, facilitation quality, and outcomes are the same across both formats. The difference is logistics. In-person workshops are delivered at your school or organization, ideal for teams that benefit from being physically together. Online sessions are delivered live via Zoom or Google Meet. Accessible from anywhere, with no travel required. Both formats are structured, facilitated, and built around specific outcomes.
Workshops are available in two formats; half-day sessions running approximately three hours, and full-day sessions running approximately six hours including breaks. The right format depends on your topic, your audience, and how much depth you want to go into. We will recommend the right length when you reach out.
In-person workshops work best with groups of 15 to 40 participants. Online sessions can accommodate larger groups, though we cap live facilitated sessions at 60 participants to maintain quality and interaction. For larger organizations, we can arrange multiple sessions or a series.
