Resilience Labs is Nesher Rise International’s flagship year-long resilience learning programme for schools. Designed around 36 structured sessions delivered across the academic year, it helps schools intentionally develop the personal, social, and leadership capabilities that enable students to thrive in school and beyond. Unlike one-off workshops, Resilience Labs is designed as a continuous learning journey that becomes part of the rhythm of school life.
Delivered across 36 structured sessions per year, 12 per school term, Resilience Labs equips students with the emotional literacy, behavioural skills, and psychological resilience they need to thrive academically, relationally, and personally. Every session is facilitated using a structured curriculum built for the Kenyan secondary school context, following the same methodology behind our approach to resilience education.
A structured annual programme designed to create measurable change in students, in classrooms, and across the whole school.

Delivered across three school terms, each session builds on the last, designed to create cumulative behavioral and emotional growth.
Each school receives its own Behavioral Health Report every term, real data for leadership, boards, and parent communication, as this reporting process comes online.
Bringing Resilience Labs to your school is a structured, low-friction process. We handle the complexity, you focus on your students.
We begin with a complimentary 90-minute Resilience Audit with your school leadership team. This session helps us understand your school's specific context, behavioral challenges, and goals, and gives you an immediate sense of what Resilience Labs can do for your students. No obligation. No pressure.
Once your school commits, we formalize the partnership through a clear annual contract. I personally prepare session materials, and the program is scheduled in alignment with your school's existing timetable, with zero disruption to core academic learning.
Sessions begin in Term 1 and run consistently across the full academic year. I personally manage delivery, relationship, and quality throughout, and at the end of each term, your school receives a Quarterly Behavioral Health Report documenting student progress, incident trends, and program impact.
Most well-being programmes fail because they are bolted onto schools from the outside. Resilience Labs is built in, with school leadership buy-in, recurring budget commitment, measurable outcomes, and facilitator accountability. This is what makes it work.

Schools choose Resilience Labs because it is designed as a sustained learning journey rather than a one-off event. Through consistent sessions delivered across the school year, students have the opportunity to practise, reflect, and apply new skills over time, helping schools embed resilience learning into everyday school life.
Resilience Labs is Nesher Rise International's flagship annual school program. It delivers 36 structured sessions per year across all three school terms, alongside teacher capacity-building workshops, parent orientation sessions, a safeguarding framework review, and quarterly Behavioral Health Reports for school leadership. It is a complete institutional system, not a one-off intervention.
The 36-session curriculum spans five evidence-informed competency domains:
Emotional Literacy - identifying, naming, and regulating emotions.
Behavioural Self-Regulation - impulse control, conflict resolution, and de-escalation.
Growth Mindset and Resilience - responding to failure, adversity, and change.
Healthy Relationships - peer dynamics, boundaries, empathy, and communication.
Safeguarding Awareness - recognizing unsafe situations and knowing how to seek help.
Every school is assigned a dedicated Nesher Rise Lead Facilitator. All facilitators are recruited from psychology, social work, education, and counselling backgrounds, and complete a structured Nesher Rise Certified Facilitator training before deployment. Monthly supervision sessions ensure program fidelity and facilitator well-being throughout the year.
Sessions are scheduled in full alignment with your school's existing calendar, no disruption to core academic learning. Our Lead Facilitator works directly with your administration team to build a session schedule that fits your structure from Day 1.
Yes. The CBC explicitly prioritizes life skills, values, and holistic development. Resilience Labs is designed to complement and strengthen these goals, building the emotional and behavioral foundation that makes academic learning possible. We speak the CBC language because we were built in the Kenyan educational context.
