Nesher Rise International
Nesher Rise International partners with schools, religious institutions, and youth organizations to design and deliver resilience education, life skills learning, and mentorship programmes that help young people understand themselves, communicate honestly, and lead with confidence.
A future where every learner has the capabilities to navigate challenges, contribute meaningfully, and flourish throughout life.
At Nesher Rise, we believe that learning and development work done carelessly is worse than no well-being work at all. We hold two things in tension that most organisations choose between: rigour and humanity. Our programmes are structured, evidence-informed, and built for accountability. They are also deeply personal, facilitator-led, and designed around the real lived experience of young people in the Kenyan context.
We don't arrive with a one-day workshop and leave. We build institutional infrastructure, program embedded into school calendars, policies aligned to national standards, and data systems that give leadership real visibility into what is changing and why.
Every person on the Nesher Rise team has worked directly with young people. That frontline experience shapes every program we design, every curriculum we write, and every conversation we have with school leadership.
Our work is not adapted from international frameworks and hoping it transfers. It is designed from the ground up for Kenyan schools, Kenyan students, and the specific cultural, linguistic, and institutional realities of education in East Africa.

Nesher Rise International is a resilience learning partner helping schools and organizations develop learners, educators, and leaders who are prepared for an increasingly complex world.
Kenyan-Built, Contextually Grounded
A Team With Lived Experience
Built On The Resilience Learning Framework
Evidence-Informed Methodology
At Nesher Rise International, we believe resilience is not the destination. It is the foundation that enables people to continue learning, leading, and contributing throughout life. That belief shapes every programme we design, every partnership we build, and every institution we support.
Whether we are working inside a school, facilitating a workshop, or advising a leadership team, these are the things that remain constant about how we work.

We understand Kenyan schools, the CBC curriculum, the Children's Act 2022, and the cultural dynamics that determine whether a program succeeds or fails in this context.
Our facilitation prioritizes trust, psychological safety, and meaningful relationships creating environments where participants feel respected, heard, and challenged to grow.
Every offering is built with the rigour of a system, structured, documented, and designed to be delivered consistently.
Termly self-report surveys track student well-being from baseline, giving leadership real data on what is changing and why.
Every service Nesher Rise offers exists to answer the same question: how do we build the internal capacity of young people and the institutions around them to create lasting, measurable change?
We believe resilience is more than recovering from challenges. It is the foundation that enables people to continue learning, leading, and contributing.
That’s why every engagement combines evidence-informed learning, practical application, and capability building, so that change continues long after a programme ends.
